You have to give yourself time to heal between workouts. If you do the same group every day, they won't have enough time to recover the way they should. So you'll have slower gains, and you just might end up asymmetrical ;-).

You build up lactic acid in the muscle and don't give it enough time to clear up...It takes water and rest to do that. Consequences are that the muscle breaks down, doesn't heal up and won't be able to perform well. Use a rotation schedule for your work outs. Give your muscles a chance and they will do great things!

You risk overtraining this/these muscle groups and could cause injury and even cause the muscle to not develop properly. You should always allow 24-48 hours in between working the same muscle group so that it can grow properly.

They will be bigger for a minute than the rest and taking away nutrients from the others surrounding muscle tissues they will lack from O2 because of the excess needed in one area.

iwhen working out you break down that muscle group, the time off 24hrs-48hrs give your muscle time to recover (get stronger), this is how your muscles grow.

You could get burned out. It doesn't have any beneficial effect. Three times/week is plenty.. etc.
