I remember seeing this movie on TV. It was about a two kids who rob a bank, a boy and a girl. They were probably about 12 years old. It was vulgar, alot of swearing in it. I don't remember any other details.

It might be "Catch that kid"? I think it was a kids show though so I doubt there was a lot of swearing, but it is the only movie I can think of where kids rob a bank.
