How can I respectfully tell a girl I am not interested in her and not hurt her.?

She is 18 and I'm 21.

just sit down with her tell her that u dont share the same feelings for her that she shows to u and that u would still like to be there if she needs anything

There's probably no reason for you to tell her that you're not interested, and no matter how you do it, it will hurt. Just be nice.
