Have you ever returned clothing to a store without the original tags? I want to return I pair of pants to Kohl's that I never wore, but I threw away the tags. I have the receipt. I don't want to keep the pants because I don't like how they are cut. Will they take the return?

Yes, with the receipt. You should be just fine.

Check the receipt. If it says 30 days or something then go and the sales person will let you know if you can't return them. Most cases it's possible as long as there not destroyed or anything.

I think you should be able to return it. Considering there aren't any fake Hollisters, or Abercrombies. If you can STILL smell the Hollister perfume, that just might better your chances of them taking it back. I think you might be allowed to exchange it, but no refunds.

You'd be surprised how good about returns most department stores are. Go for it. What have you got to lose?
