buy a fake book and learn as many songs as you can. The fake book I have has around 500 songs, so its pretty good.

First find songs with similar tablature. Then learn one, and the rest will become easy. Do this with at least 3 styles, 3 songs each, and you'll have learned 9 songs in no time...

listen to a song over and over then go online and get the tabs and chord then practice. i learned about ten songs in two weeks this way then i practiced them until i got better and memorized them.

play it over and over and over and over (etc). or try learning it one line at a time. play it so much that it will stick in your heard for God's sake!! (sorry if that is offenseve). Trust me i play piano.
