I wait for little things to build up. I know that that is bad but it is better than "random acts of madness", isn't it?
Actually, I usually will bring up what is making me mad, but if it goes ignored than it builds up.

yep. take a bowl full of your hearts wishes, add salt of imagination in it, if you wanna add some spices just mix your wierd dreams in it and at last for making it more tasty add a little amount of your brainy thoughts in it. drink it. you'll become mad at the speed of light.
