Well theres actually quite a bit of stores that are fairly cheap its just the shipping if you wanna get online
1. Aeropostale (they're very cheap) www.aeropostale.com
2. kohls is over priced but you can get some really good deals there. www.kohls.com
3. Charolette Russe (idk the website) (sales racks)
4.Jc penny
5. Sears
6. VF outlet
7. Value City
8. Wet Seal (fairly good prices depending on what you get)
9. Rue 21
10. Forever 21
**AVOID Abercrombie,Abercrombie and Fitch,Hollister,and American Eagle (they can get pricey)...unless you go to an outlet store.

Ok I can't believe that I would even say this but Wallmart has some really cute stuff for real cheap...granted I hate going into the place (my husband has to drag me in). Target of course rocks, I am not a fashion plate by any means but their stuff is cheap and it wears well. Kohl's is another option but they tend to be a bit pricey. Try somewhere like forever 21 or Fashion Bug.

Kohs is cute usually cheap becuz nclothes are very rarely rgualr price
aeropostale and rue21 are good to
american eagle hollister and abercrombie arent that expensive if you buy things on clerance- (go to the back of the store)

Forever 21 all the way! If you don't have one near you try finding a Gadzooks store because Forever 21 owns them and they carry the same stuff!

Goody's or Kohl's. Target has cute stuff too! You can shop the stores online for all of these too!

well what you should do is go to Mandee's or Joyce Leslie there not excespnsive at all...well at least if you buy sweat pants and cheap shirts......and for jeans you can go to Aero'postale there only $20...

shipimg and handling might be a problem but try www.rocawear.com they are kinda expensive but they are such cute outfits on this site enjoy.
