I doubt there is a minimum age, and if their is, it's probably something like 4 years. Children fly on their own all the time, they get designated as 'unaccompanied minors' and have to wear a label and get escorted to and from the plane by airline staff.

usually 16, but if want you can still get a flight attendent to watch over you.
