Yesterday actually....
Yes it's very weird because the stingray "barb" actually peirced his heart. He must have died quickly because he was announced dead at the scene. He was an extreme, "hands on" as many call it environmentalist, who was a bit quirky, but had his head on straight. Only three people in recorded history have been killed/seriously injured by these odd creatures, and ironically, Steve was filming a "dangerous waters" special when the incident occored... How unfortunate.

did u also happen to read how they r saying he faked his own death because he didnt want to be a celebrity nemore- also side note- i find it funny he "died" from a sting ray- i bet hes dissapointed he didnt die from a crocodile
