im starting school thursday :(
and i always have trouble getting up in the morning even if i go to bed early!
and i realy dont want to to be late for the first day of school!
any tips?

Well ...... the easiest way is to set an alarm that is really far to reach, in some electronics appliances you can set an alarm like ipods, TVs, etc... you must have something that will bring your attention in a pleasant way that you wont shut immediately avoid something hard and stressing like a buzzer that you will shut immediately and will make you fall asleep again.

If you need extra help try to leave a little open the blinds so you can have more light in your bedroom for the morning. (avoid darkness, darkness = more sleep)

Other thing you could try if none of the above works is ..... try several alarms like one set 20 minutes before the time you need to wake up, other like 10 minutes before time, and the other at the right time.

Set an alarm clock, turn it up REALLY loud, and put it on the opposite side of the room from your bed.

set your alarm 30 minutes early dont you have a mom that makes you breakfast that can get you up? aer you in high school or college>? oh I forget most kids dont have a mom at home anymore due to them working,my bad, good luck

1. set up mutiple alarm clocks
2. drink water before going to bed

Have a good friend call you and make sure you are out of bed before they hang up.

put your alarm clock at the other side of your room. it will annoy you so much you will have to get up to turn it off. it worked for me. now i get up on time-even early sometimes. try it.
