how did they behave when they were upset or frusterated with a loved one? what was their tone of voice? how would a women then treat a man if he claims to be seeing his first wife(who is dead), and she is the new, second wife? anyone know?

They are purely and originally beautiful..
They are more obliging to their spouse and more accomodating.

I know the scene of the 40's, however, wasn't born in that era. Women were good wives and mothers. Usually, they did not work outside the home. The husbands were the bread winners and she stayed at home, cooking, cleaning, tending to her babies. She sewed and repaired clothing because it was cheaper than to purchase new garments. Life was simple and the she worked hard with family.
No one had flashy cars and no debted credit cards. Everyone was in the same financial boat.
They had the bare essentials furniture wise and most did not have carpeted floors until they saved up enough money for this.
Morals were stronger and women dealt with cheating husbands better than what they do today. They could not leave because they had no where else to go.

women in the 40s(wartime) were tough
they took over the heavy jobs after all the guys were over seas

my guess is that they all had alot of bootleg booze, ,and partied alot , sorry I know that the stock market crashed then also I think that women went to work and wore pants ,,,
