i enjoy reading racism disputes, it turns out to be one huge argument and never any answers!

Yes, I do enjoy reading opinion polls. It's always interesting tor read other people's views on different subjects. But you know, you're correct, most end up in a big argument. I'll never forget what my oldest son told me when he was approx. 15 yoa. He said "You know Mom, it's so stupid when peole argue, because no one ever wins. One just retreats, and the other one walks away thinking he won." Pretty good wisdom for a teenager, huh?

Just for entertainment value. You can never go by the results of polls because there are many variables involved, and you are not told what these variables are.
i.e
Poll Question: Are you hungry?
Poll results...... 100% of the people polled in Chicago are hungry.
Variables: They polled the homeless and did not tell you.
They polled people going into restaurants.
I think you get the point.

As you can see form your responses 80% of people when questioned would say that they enjoy reading opinion polls whereas 25% of them claim that this is for entertainment value and 45% in order to gain greater insight into public opinions of issues.......

yes I do. I like the arguments and counter arguments put forward by the politicians who most of the time avoid truth

Depends on the subject - some subjects seem to make some people turn their brains (and hearts) OFF!

It's not a matter of whether or not I might enjoy reading about opionion polls, but rather whether or not I even believe them since many are just pure propaganda.......
