It varies with different people. My first kid I was sick from the first month till about 6 months into the pregnancy. My second kid I didn't throw up alot just nauseated alot which can be just as bad. Also had acid reflux really bad. Those symptoms subsided after about 4 or 5 months.

My pregnancy symptoms started when I was around 4-5 weeks pregnant. My first symptom was my breast felt really sore! Then all the other symptoms kicked in from there. I am a small framed person, so I don't know if that made a difference as far as me knowing a little on the early side.

I knew I was pregnant within 3 weeks. The way my body felt just completely changed and I was having cravings for things that I normally didn't eat. I didn't start to get sick until about 5 mths though.

When I found out i was pregnant I was almost 6 weeks and the sickness seemed like it happened immediately after that. It's weird how the body works.

it took about a month or so. the only symptom i really ahd before the usual nausea and stuff was that i wasn't really wanting to eat some of my fave foods.

i have 5 kids and its diffrent with every pregnancy,
sometimes it was right away and other times i didnt have any sickness at all.

mine took at least 6 wks...thats when my morning sickness and everything just slapped me in the face
