Are you looking for an individual poet or a compilation? How do you intend to get a book in 15 minutes? You can look up Books at www.half.com and search for poetry compilations, it sucks to buy a book by one poet you don't know, and end up hating.
If you're just looking for 200 poems of any genre, go to www.poetry.com, and you'll find these links on the right side.
100 GREATEST POEMS EVER WRITTEN
100 GREATEST LOVE POEMS EVER WRITTEN
It's an amateur site, but these are all published works by famous poets. Mostly older stuff, some of it quite dry, but some real gems.
You might try looking at something by Sylvia Plath on the web, she was brilliant and mad, and appeals to a lot of women. Google for poetry sites based at universities if you don't like her, you'll find something. There is SO MUCH on the web, free for the download, take advantage of it to find what you want to buy.

Where the Sidewalk Ends: Poems and Drawings by Shel Silverstein is under 200 pages and there are lots of drawings, so less to read. The poems are unique and funny.
look it up on amazon.com

Try "Immortal Poems of the English Language." by Oscar Williams. Not sure exactly how many pages it is...but it's about the thickness of a regular paperback novel.
