Hmm tricky from an anatomical point of view but reasonably easy. However, are the hips still the same or reversed? What about the feet? Whilst this is a strange question, maybe it should have a little more detail.
A chair would no longer be a raised flat platform with a right angle back. Take a look at an ostrich to see the way the legs (or should that be super-sized drumsticks?) bend.To sit it folds its legs up. Therefore a seat for humans with opposite knee joints would be similar to how they are as the buttocks would be reversed as well. If your knees are backwards - SPIN THE DARN CHAIR ROUND!

They would be made of tubular steel, or, the more expensive ones would be made from carbon fibre. they would have 1 wheel either side and you would have to use your hands and arms to propel it. Be careful though because if you sneezed you would probably kick yourself in the face.
