what lawyer was disbarred or suspended for misusing of his legal assistant or the paralegal in the state of NV??

It would be awfully tough to find an answer to that one unless you know someone connected to the matter or who you know has personal knowledge of it.
Lawyers do get disciplined - It's not all that uncommon - but there won't be anything open to public view as to the specific reason for it. That's privacy protected. And when you're asking about a lawyer within an entire state, not just a city, and with no parameters of dates, it will be remarkable if someone here can help on that. But I'll check back later to see if someone did.

Isn't having to go through life being a lawyer(pretty much the most looked down upon profession in society) punishment enough.
