Cheap hairspray and warm water. Get aquanet or some other cheap one. Liberally spray stain and watch the ink disperse. Blot excess with a large cloth towel. Pour warm water over stain. Blot excess of that with towel. Repeat the whole procedure! Be careful as if it is a really concentrated ink stain it will run and make stain area larger. But it works unbelievably!

EXIT SOAP will remove any ink or Biro stains from many surfaces. It works like a charm IT only costs about $3 and one bar lasts a long long time.
