I can say with absolute certainty that Nadal is not on any kind of steroids. Here are a few reasons, 1. Rafael is almost paraniod when it comes to putting things in his body if he doesn't know where it came from. Everyone who knows him, knows that he would never jeopardize his career in this way. 2. Nadal is tested for perfomance enhancing substances about 16 times a year. Considering that he only plays about 22 tournaments in a calender year. 3. Rafael Nadal is known around the tour to be an extremely hard worker when it comes to his conditions and strength building, couple that with his very low fat intake and the amount of calories he burns and you get a very muscular physique.

I doubt Nadal is using steriods now. Before he came on tour? Hmmm.

Doubtful, they're decently good about catching dopers on the ATP (see half the Argentinian players on tour, Puerta twice!).

Antioch answered your question well, and I concur (based on his drug testing and so many who say that he has incredible stamina and a work ethic to match) that he is not on steroids, or any questionable substance.

I don't think he's on the juice. He probably just improve his workout program.

If you see him hanging around Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire, though, all bets are off.
