I'm interested in taking a 2002 Dodge Intrepid, and transferring evrything from a Dodge Charger into it (engine, transmission, suspension, drivetrain, rear axle, electronics, etc.

It would be a very expensive swap as you would need to construct a tunnel for the driveshaft and transmission to sit and operate in along with a way of mounting the new rwd engine and rear axle. What it comes down to is you would have to cut THE ENTIRE UNDERNEATH of each car out and fit them to the other body as nothing from either one will work with the other.

This is someting best suited to a DIY (do it yourselfer); If you have machine tools and welding equipment - and some know-how. Otherwise take some classes and buy some tools. It will be cheaper in the long run and less traumatic than dealing with the mocking laughs you get from any reputale shop that does this type of work.
...it may be easier to just modify the body of the charger to look like the intrepid.

You can buy a 1969 Dodge Charger cheaper and easier and more dependable than doing what you want to do and also better looking than an Intrepid

Just buy a charger it is a whole lot cheaper.

that would cost you a fortune, perhaps the dealer or the manufacturer can do it for you but why dont you buy a new car instead..
