my biggest fear is that the holiday that I've grown to love and share with my family, has all been a lie. What a reality check! No family to share my love and closeness with would be my next biggest fear. Totally broke,with no job and homeless would be my last biggest fear.

My biggeat fear is the same every holiday. "Will my 3 or 4 day weekend be a waste of time?"

too commercialized, the true meaning of what the holidays are meant to be are lost with too much hustle and bustle, and the kindness people exhibit stops after the 1st of the New Year.

Being able to afford Christmas for my daughter. Having to spend time with my grandmother. Not knowing what to get my dad for Christmas.

Thanksgiving is always fun except for having to tolerate my 85yr old grandmother who hates my daughter and my niece and nephew.

Being alone

Remembering the way it was before many of my family died and how we really enjoyed the holidays.

Being tired from all the prep....and lack of time to prepare all....

Money for gifts so that you don't have to Cheez anyone, and being with people you don't want to be around.
If only we could pick and chose who we could spend them with.

Missing my dad, this will be my first year without him. And it makes me feel really sad. I miss him.
