I know it is used as a wrestling move. Do any real wrestlers know the instructions on how to complete this move?

It consists of drapping the person over your shoulders, spinnning around, then dropping them. Do you the step by step how to do it without getting hurt?

ok I'll try to explain it the best I can but its hard without demonstrating it.

First you get inside control of an arm

Second you shoot in dropping to one knee while maintaining control of the arm.

Third you take your other arm and get control of the hip

Fourth you snap your hips while maintaining control of your opponent. The momentum should carry them over.

I'm not sure if this makes any sense but like I said its hard to just explain without demonstrating it.

Hope this helps a little.

Yeah I do. You have to get on one knee. The pull their arm towards you. Then grab the back of their knee and apply pressure. This should get them on your back. Then drop your other knee and flip them over your shoulders.
