Anyone have any input or ideas on what this country is head for in the next couple of years? I've read that we are slowly becoming a police state in which we will loose all of our civil liberties or rights. Ever heard of REX 84.....

Pay close attention to the liberal agenda. It is exactley the same agenda as the communist agenda. Have you tried to dicipline your kid lately, how about buy a gun in any given city, or mention God. Ever thought about what right the government has putting cameras at intersections, next time your driving down a road, look at it, you'll notice the outline of an octagon ever so often. They use these for some "legitament" reason, but a very low voltage put to these innocent looking shapes in the road will disable any car with an electric ignition. So if one day martial law is called, the powers to be make the call, traffic will ultimately come to a halt. By the way did you know that our former communist and chief signed away many of our troops to the UN. So by not buying into their garbage politics they could be ordered to fire upon us, legally. New World Order, its already to be set in action. Have a nice day, while you don't have to ask permission.

Wow, that is scary...We have been cruising inexorably to NWO/police state since December 23, 1913 Fed formed. Other notable dates: December 7, 1941; November 22, 1963. May 19, 1986 "Machine-gun ban". April 19, 1995 OK city. September 11, 2001.

No, i doubt we will become a police state. The future of the United States will be determined however by the next 2 or 3 presidents that will proceed President Bush.

As a conservative, it breaks my heart as the realization hits me that it will be the Republican Party that ushers in the New World Order. We will start by a gradual theft of all civil liberties of our own. Thus follows the patriot act, warrantless wiretaps, etc. Then we will neutralize the middle east, because they just don't get along with others that well. And cooperation is paramount to world peace and world government. Thus follows a series of wars with middle eastern nations such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, and Syria. Watch in horror. It's coming.

China and India are gaining momentum very rapidly... The rest of the world are coming to depend on them for a lot of things. Also, a lot of middle-eastern countries, I think.
