How do I override a downloading block?

My laptop blocks all downloads... How can I override the block?

Sometimes, not always, if you press and hold the Control key and click download, simultaneously, your antivirus protection will be overridden.

Before you attempt to download, did you disable pop-ups?
(Enable when you are finished.)

What about your firewall? Can you allow downloads from specific sites?
