hypoglycemia. try spreading out your meals so that you have 3 small meals and 3 snacks. Cut out all snacks that include sugars. EAT BREAKFAST. Make sure it includes protein even if it mneans sticking a piece of deli meat in your mouth on the way out the door.(what i do) A lot of cold cereals contan sugar. i find oatmeal o be the best and it is not that slow to make. You should be having protein with all meals.

If you have alcohol at night, even small doses it will make it work. I won't try to convince you to stop but have a glass of juice before you go to bed. Real juice like apple or orange. or fruit. And again, a bit of protein. Even peanut butter and crackers. A tbsp.

try this. Of course the alternative is diabetes. Either one will mess you up, especially if you skip breakfast. But diabetes usually comes with other symptoms like blurred vision, lots of trips to the bathroom and other things. People are less likely to suspect hypoglycemia but it is quite common. Especially if you skip breakfast.

You sound like a candidate for diabetes, possibly too much sugar in your body. Try laying off the sugar--anything with white sugar in it-- and see if things don't get better. There is also the possibly of some other additive behavior that is affecting you, even like caffeine withdrawal in the morning and by noon you have had enough of it in your system to make you feel better.

Caffeine?
Do you take any herbal supplements that might be causing an interaction either with each other or with a prescription?
Anxiety attacks?
Have you been tested for cancer?-My neighbor had similar symptoms before being re-diagnosed with breast cancer, may be a strange coincidence but its a thought.

Have yourself tested for Von Williabrands Disease, a genetic free bleeding disease - actually more of a syndrome - and the most mild type of Hemophilia (the only one women get). 5% of the population has it and they don't know until oddities like this occur. I have it, and have dealt with what I call "hell days" for my entire life. "Hell days" are the period days with clots like you describe, and no tampon nor pad can contain them. It worsened during menopause (yes, worsened) - and I wear black pants ALL THE TIME, just in case. LOL, there are worse things, but it is a simple test, and I heartily recommend it.

See a doctor A.S.A.P. Don't rely on open opinions from God knows who, if not satisfied with the first response see another or others for confirmation of the first diagnosis.

Could just simply be an anxiety attack, it fits all your symptoms. Are you worried about something you are not dealing with? If so then this is your answer.
