Major league umps make between $84000 and $300000 a year. They'd probably have to pay them a lot more than that to make up for the certain firing the umpire would endure if they were caught.
So, I dunno...a million or two each?

First of all the Yankee Ball club has WAY to much integrity for such a thing and second....they don't NEED to cheat, they're good enough on there own!

It would cost them tens of millions of dollars because it's not only against the rules of baseball, but would damage the integrity of the game. Probably Congress would reconsider their status as the only major baseball league in the nation.

why would u wanna do that cause that is just gay the yanks are good enough for them not to pay them besides what if u went to a mets game or redsox game and a fan of them payed the umpires money for them and they were calling crappy calls u would not like it would u
