This is a GREAT IDEA!! Since an insomniac is a person who cannot sleep, then promoting sleep for them would be great. You the President?

people often see in us that which we do not see in ourself. Yes. You could be in a daze, a zombie with not much to say but you caould also be percieved as very capable. Either through your own actions or the self destructive statements and actions of other you get the promotion. insomniacs are usually dependable and others who sleep a lot often are late to work or call in sick. Consider that. Plus you may be losing sleep contemplating things that need to be done at work and when you execute these ideas it is to your advantage career wise. Unless you have really insane ideas when you ly there awke at night

Yes, quite possible because when you say "sleep", you don't really mean "sleep" in the usual sense of the word. A person who doesn't need sleep probably does what you have in mind more thoroughly.
