that does sound alot, email them and ask for better deal, I did and it worked and I was signed in for 12 months

I would say you're paying too much. I am currently paying £30, but I'm at the end of a 12 month contract. The new price from next month will be £25 for the same service. I'm already looking for other providers, and you can definately get it cheaper still. If you're not on a time-based contract, I would try shopping around.

I use an LG U8130 on a 3G mobile network at £1 for 24 hours use as I require it like I am now through a usb socket which is a modem and data fax modem I also use my mobile for internet acess will abroad as well from cyber cafe for 1 euro why dont you look into that you'll be suprised what you can do with a mobile phone

AOL all content of AOL...including Mail is free. The only thing you are paying for if you subscribe with AOL is the dial-up connection...but you can get people PC for half the price http://www.peoplepc.com .
For my DSL connection I get 1.5 Mbps (T1) at $12.99 with SBC/Yahoo for 1 year, and $17.99 after 1 year.
I use Skype to call for free to USA/Canda, they have low international rates too...but for international I use NobleCom: http://www.noblecom.com
