No, they are too chicken to do anything but shout and scream about everyrthing. They couldn't declare war on anybody. The USA will never and should never declare war on our best ally in the middle east.

If Isreal deserves it yes. Sorry but Isreal is a very militaristic state, not all of which is their fault but still. Jews can make mistakes too. No one is perfect not even the "chosen people of God."
