Not a bad idea if you ask me because you may be in clouded love right now and when you start to live with them there can be something that you just cannot stand about the person. It will save on a divorce cost as well. Good luck and I wish the happiness for the both of you.

Well.. I think you can live together when you two are ready. i mean are you going to do what everyone does. fellow your heart. If your not ready wait untill you tie the knot. I lived with my husband before i got married and i got used to him and seen things about how he lived before i married him and i got confortable with him. and it gives you a chance weather or not you want to marry that person. my husband And I were engaged for 3 months and then got married it all really depends on how you feel about the whole relashionship. Dont fellow anyones edvice on here because no body knows you two. So they could easily give you the wrong edvice. Just fellow your heart.

I think that men and women who live together first don't tend to try as hard to work through problems that may arise in the relationship. Its easier to walk away if there is no commitment of marriage. Also when you don't see each other everyday you will still be happier to see each other when you do get together. I would keep my own place for a while.

I think it's a good I deal and I lived with my husband for 2 years before we got married. We would prefer our children did the same. You really get to know each other and you get to see each other at their best and worst. It is cheaper & easier to leave if your not married. And the best part is he already knew I could be a B**ch so he can't through that in as an excuse when we fight! (lol)

Yes and no. You do want to see if you can get along when you are with the person on a 24/7 basis, but then again studies show that living together before marriage is bad (see http://www.leaderu.com/critical/cohabitation-socio.html)

When you live with someone you find out all the little things you didn't know about each other. It's an excellent way to get an idea of what marraige will be like.

Yes, it's ok. Actually, I don't see how people could get married w/out living together first. Then you can actually see how a person really is. It's better to know first than to find out after you're already locked into it.

Absolutely. But be warned. Meshing your quarters can make the disolution much more difficult if one or both of you decide that it's time to call it quits. Lay some WRITTEN ground rules now while you still love each other and SWEAR to abide by them and SIGN it. Make sure it protects you as much as her. Then should things get messy...you have the 'rules' to get back to. Write them together.

I just answer this type of question the other day... I think it's better to iron out if you like each other personally, habits and all beforehand.. rather than do it in a divorce. I know this sounds like a negative statement, but it's the truth.
