Why doesn't anyone get mad at the U.K?

Because it was Bush who wanted to invade Iraq, Tony Blair supported him, but was not the evil mastermind behind it.

Jealousy.....The U.S. controls the world economy, and is second to none militarily. People around the world expect us to solve the worlds problems, but when we try we always upset someone.
The U.K. has been the subject of many terrorists attacks, so I don't understand your logic. Recently they have broken up several terrorist groups bent on their destruction.
