Do you believe in knee gnomes?

They are like gnomes, but they are parasitic. They remove your kneecap and take it's place. Have you ever thought your kneecap feels like a gnome? I have. They are smaller than most gnomes but they keep you healthy because they live off of your fat, I think. How else do I stay fit sitting at my computer all day?
