screw you invader zim he doesn't,
I'm australian and i have close friends that knew personally of steve irwin and they also worked with him, They are the kindest group of people ever, Steve would never harm an animal in his life.. he saved them, DID YOU ALL KNOW HE WAS BUYING LAND BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT IT TO BE BUILT ON AND HE WANTED TO PRESEVRE THE NATURAL HABITAT ?

All you negative people make me sick to my stomach,
i can't believe you would say anything like this about a man that has not even been dead for 24 hours.

I am still in shock as well.
God bless your soul steve xxx

Sarah i totally agree, she is a bitter cruel girl.. there will probally be many a rude comment about him , but those he know him, or know of him know that he is and always will be a great guy, and he will live forever in the hearts and imaginations of children and adults alike.

Oh for Pete's sake, people die every day! You're just in shock (a bit dramatic, don't you think) because you watched the guy on TV. Everyone dies and life is essentially short, shorter for some than for others. It's a shame, yes, but again, people are dying all over the world every minute of the day and night. Enough of this Steve Irwin stuff. Tragic, sorry for his family, but it's time to get onto to something else!

I would also have liked to believe as you do. However, as they say an evil tindings is seldom false. Sure it would be difficulty for us to face the post-Steve world but much more than us it is the subterrnean world that would be numb. With all his flambuoyance Steve was essentially an animal conservationist. With him and his father over 150 crocs had been caught and replaced in suitable environments. The appellation croc hunters given to him is rather tragic. A hunder is one who kills whereas Sreve was a life-giver.With him gone it is the subterrnean world that would find itself orphaned and it would be understandable if it grieves, is shocked or in disbelief. Not us. It is for us to carry on the job where he left off.

i will never forget the image of steve irwin talking to the camera while sharks were in a feeding frenzy all around him while he stood in the water...the guy was a crazy kook but he was fascinating, funny and very entertaining...i kind of felt one day his luck would run out the way he took risks dealing with wildlife but i would never have guessed it would take a stingray to be the culprit....my condolences to his friends and family....he was one of a kind and his legacy will continue as his shows run on animal planet

Unfortunately, he was just a little bit too brave and daring around deadly wild creatures one too many times. May God bless his soul eternally. He will truly be missed.

certainly is hard to believe. I feel so sad for his wife & children. But just as bad, maybe worse, one State Trooper died that Bucky Phillips shot.
