I am assuming the this is a first time date...usually a sit down restaurant and a good place to break the ice if you are both nervous. Sometime a nice evening outside Farmers Market after some good eats is a nice way to stroll around an chat and get to know one another. It is in a public place and there are lots of thing to see and do and it is free to look around at all the fun vendors. Plus, if you want, you can shop, too. Sometimes, there are live music and good desserts at them as well.

Have Fun!

I say do something where you are both interacting together. Like an amusement park or mini golf or an arcade. Who wants to go to a movie where you can't talk for two hours and by the end of the night the two of you haven't said $hit to each other. Do something that will make you laugh and keep both peoples interests high. You will have so much fun and if you're competitive it's great. Plus, I think you should test his skills in whatever it is that you two do. Hope you have fun!

At this time of year, I love to hit the Fair!

It is really fun and you can try to have your first kiss on a Ferris Wheel or the Sky Ride.

You could go to a park or the beach for a picnic, do something fun like bowling or miniature golf, or someplace fun for dinner. Movies are okay, but the only problem is you can't talk to eachother.
