How can I please delete, clean, erase the list that pops up, under the Address bar on my Internet Explorer?
I mean, doing it trought Tools > Internet Options, doesn't do anything at all. If I go back to the Address bar, and hit the down arrow key, it shows all the sites I visit since I have my computer.

Also there is an Option at Tools > Internet Options > Content > AutoComplete button > Use AutoComplete for > Uncheck Web Address

That's not my point, if I check this option again, I've got all those sites list back on my Address bar !!!

How can I please get rid of this list FOREVER without saving or keeping any record of it ???

Thank you very much

The URL list, that Internet Explorer is keeping in the address box, the place where you write the address. For Expample, If I write www.rain.com, then a URL list pops up with these addresses : www.rainbow.com www. rainforsure.com www.rainandrun.com

So, there is no way to delete that list for ever. I can hide it, but I can put it back with the same information as many times as I want. I just want to delete, erase, clean that list forever without keeping any record in any place in my computer.

Please help me,

Thank you very very much !!!

And, no, I am not talking about cleaning the History. My mistake on the question,... I clean the History, it's just that ***** URL list that shows my privacy to every single person who sees my computer. Like I said, I know how to hide it,... I just don't want to keep any record, any restorable file, that has that info in it,...

Again thank you very very much,

Essentially your first step should be to right click on tools and select Internet Options. You then want to click on the clear history button. Then make sure that next to "Days to keep pages in History" you set the number to zero. You may also want to want to look into a file shredding application such as StompSoft's Digital File Shredder Pro. This allows you to set it up a daily schedule for file shredding and you will be able to eliminate all of your Internet surfing tracks; including your history, cookies, temp files and cache.

Tools > Internet Options > click on Clear history and set it to 0 days so that it doesn't save it at all.

Hit tools, then internet settings, and then at the bottom of the screen that pops up there is a box entitled history. click clear history and then if you want to set it so that it doesn't save it, you can do that too. Make sure you hit apply before leaving.

Enter tools, then internet options. In history, click on clear history and wait. History will be erased.

After you fixed your problem, then right click on the "e" icon and choose delete. Download Firefox and you can set it up to trash all your history every time you close it: address bar, cookies, download history, cache etc - nobody will see all the porn pictures you've been spanking your chicken to.

I think you need to go to the internet options and clear history. That always works for me.

Open the history pane from view -> explorer bar -> history

Delete the items from whatever time period you have viewed them.

I guess this should take care of the issue, it seems to do the trick for me!
