No. There wasn't enough evidence to do anything about it. Video got off scot free even though we all KNOW he wasn't at the hairdressers at the time of the murder, and those fingerprints they found on the mantle were definitly his, those forensics people just didn't know what they were doing back then. Buuuttt, no substancial evidence leads to a cold case.

unfortunately,, Video did,, but now a days,, I am not sure that was very fair since video is not what it used to be,,
Charges,, no none it was deemed a justifiable homicide.
