Surely it is not, unlike mamals centipedes does not get pregnant, they just put eggs and fertilize them.

Give your centipede some boiled broccoli with honey musturd. If it snifs around it and and then curls up beside it then she is pregnant.
But if ishe tries to get away from it then she's not pregnant (or she is a HE).

Ewww-- you have a CENTIPEDE as a PET? To each his own I suppose... my best guess it see if it looks larger around the middle. You might be able to take it to the vet. If that doesn't work, just wait and see if any babies pop out! lol.
