It depends on your job, your lifestyle, etc.... At this point in time I would say go with the money. Loyalty is a nice quality to have, but it doesn't pay the rent.

If you are thinking of going with the company who pays more, make sure the company is reputable and you feel its a company that won't be closing their doors soon. In addition, determine which has better incentives like medical insurance, paid vacations, etc. If your old job is less money yet provides you insurance and paid time off, whereas the new one does not, you may want to stay where you are.

Well the answer to anyone question who works for someone else, instead of themself. Evaluate you current situation, how your living, what you have accomplished, where you want to be in the near future, you, does the new job get your there, are does the whole job. Don't base it around the things you just want, base it around what you need and where you really want to be. Always remeber that for every $4.00 dollars you get, the owners get hundreds, thousands and sometime millions.
HAPPY LABOR DAY!!!

It depends on what you really want and need.. You see some consider place to work where they can earn so much.. some consider place where they can work happily and at peace... Like in our work... our pay is not that high, but we have lots of benefits and also the place was great. I mean this is a happy place to work with.. My boss and my c-employee's are like family. We are working as a team. As one. Many had offer me and my co-employee a much higher rate.. But we do prepare to stay coz.. this place is our second home... Maybe we need more earnings but our boss had never forget what we need.. In any way she can, she tries to help us and support us.. . So the choice is yours, Financial stability or happy working place ?

For many years I used to be loyal to my employers and found that to be discouraging because I have found that no job anywhere cares a damn about you or your loyalty. In any kind of job you are ALWAYS expendable not matter what!

well if the benifits are compareable then move. you could give the current company notice and see what they do but the market says you can make more why wouldnt you. both companies would and do save money at the expense of employees all the time.

At what price do you pay for loyalty? In the end, unless you are married to the boss, he/she aren't your family. You have to look at is the pay difference worth staying where you are?

it depends on where you are going. will you have more or less job security..will the job be harder? do what makes you more money..also, consider your morals...does the new job make you feel bad about what you might be doing. most people switch jobs a lot in their life these days.
