If all decisions were made with emotion, frankly I wonder deeply for human existence, especially with modern weaponry. Think about it? If world leaders, frankly at a earlier moment in history decided to nuke someone, cause they were tempted or emotionally drawn to do such, (and they have), one has to wonder what would be of human-kind.
