Since you'll have to go get a solvent at a store to remove the stain from the siding, why don't you go to a paint store and explain the situation to them and let them recommend the right solvent to use. The wrong solvent may also remove the paint from the siding -- so ask an expert.

I would think that mineral spirits would take it off.
You might also try a mild abrasive like Comet.

go jo hand cleaner will removed it with elbow grease.

spray bleach on it. try it and it will come clean. you dont even have to rinse
