I am very sad. I liked him when I saw him on the television. He done a lot to convey the knowledge about wildlife. I will say this, the very first time I heard about him and saw him on TV. I thought to myself,"He is the craziest man on earth!" He made me cringe by getting so up close and personal with crocs. and snakes. I will trully miss this brave dedicated man in this world and hope that his shows continue for ever so as to help educate the youth of today and of the future. Here's a toast to you Steve ( You crazy , brave, SOB! May your memory live on forever! ).

Very sad.........with all the questions that have been asked about him dying, many people are saddened by his death. Then you have a few and I mean a few that say Good and stuff like that. He had a gift with the animals and he loved to re-locate and do what was best. He died doing what he loved and he will be remembered forever

It is very sad, but, for people who live on the edge, like Steve Irwin, it catches up with them, sooner or later.

I think is horribly sad. As my husband said, he is a legend is his own rite. Having his wife on the show, I think helped people to relate to them. They were so funny and just plain great together. I pray that his wife and kids are okay.

It's good to know he's been undertaking activities he enjoys. Sad to see him go, but ironic that his cause of death was like that.
