First you have to have your e-mail thingie set so that it formats your outgoing messages in HTML rather than plain text format. If you are in MS Outlook, it is a choice from one of the menu bars.
You will know you are in HTML mode when you can see all the text formatting options (for example Bold, Italic, and Underline).
Then start typing your message, and you can insert a picture anywhere you want to. Just copy and paste the picture from another document, or use the "insert" button to bring up a browse window. Select the picture and click the "insert" button.
NOTE: The person you are sending the message to also has to have their settings chosen so that they can receive messages in HTML format. If not, they will receive the text and the pictures will be attached as attachments.
Most other e-mail thingies have the same features as Outlook, but the buttons may be in other places. Have fun!
Oh! And remember never to send anything in an e-mail that you don't want the whole internet to see.

click on the body of the e-mail then go to insert instead of clicking on attach click on picture them click on view then go to the folder where the picture is click on it then click OK it will be on the Buddy of your e-mail.
