No, not unless its spelled out in the divorce decree to sell the property and split the proceeds amongst whomever. Now whats in daddys will, to whatever happens to the property after his death is anyones guess and again needs to be spelled out in the will

If the property was acquired during marriage then both has the right to the property.

Dude divorce court doesnt care about men.....amongst other things I had to give back the wedding and engagment rings!!!!!!
