vinegar is good for the bloating. Exercise will help with the sleepiness, especially if you are a pre-diabetic or someone who has dark ring around neck or in creases of armpits, and behind the knees.

You may have the same problem I had: eating too fast. That can cause you to be bloated, too. Try slowing down a bit, and make sure you are chewing your food throughly enough, and don't take these big, huge bites.

Eat small frequent meals. Did you ever think you may have some food allergies ??? like to wheat, soy or dairy that are in almost everything ??? try keeping a food diary of everything you eat and see if there is a common patterns.

Next time you are at the doctor ask him about this or call him and ask, you really need to do that. For now take some pills for bloating and do some sit-ups. Good Luck!!

Try not t eat to fast. When you eat fast, you swallow more air, and this makes you more bloated. Just take your time when you eat, and you should be fine.
