My face has a very dry feeling b/c I had to shave with soap due to no shaving cream. What can I put on my face to make it feel better?

yes aloe Vera is good for the skin , there is also lots of other moisturizing creams and lotions you can apply , try experimenting that way you will found out which as the best affect on your skin , here just a few you should give a try
Vaseline intensive care
Revlon aquamarine ( a protective emollients moisturize
Organic body lotion advanced healing )
aquas cream (dermatology tested )
the great thing as well is there are all easily affordable

Try Vaseline advance healing skin protectant lotion. I have dry skin as well and it really helps me.
