I mean really, why is it that what they believe in so much more important than anybody else? there are so many other diseases in the world that should cause global concern but dont because there is no celebrity endorsing it. diabetes, spousal abuse, heart disease, and what about the children in our own countries who need help that live with sexual and emotional abuse? what about the families that are torn apart by alcoholism? i am not a celebrity, why does that make my opinion less important? what do you think?

I agree with you 100%. They put their pants on just like you and I do, one leg at a time. Honestly the majority of them aren't any smarter than the average person. Unfortunately in this world money talks and it's the only thing that divides a celebrity from the average person, except possibly their inflated egos (sorry, had to throw that in)

Because most people on this planet are superficial (sp?) and they couldn't care less if every other human is shouting "Hey, these kids need help!" right in their ears. They would only lift a finger to help IF they knew their fav. Celbrety would in some way, be helping out...I don't think i made myself clear but It's the best I've got. sry, but I agree with you all the way!

Hey who said your opinion is less important than the next person? In my opinion, everyone's point of view (good & legit ones) are special in there own way. I think the subjects you listed, are great ones that everyone should be touching up apon. Those are the ones celeberties should be addressing. In about half of my music, I address how life is hard & that we need to change. Though the other half is commercial, I feel more for the music that helps people.

I would rather see celebrities use their celebrity for something good, instead of wasting money on yachts, wild parties and having no regard for other human beings.

I agree, It makes me very angry when they infer that their causes are the most important. I'm very sorry for a cancer sufferer but just as sorry or more for victims of natural disasters, crime, homelessness and others.
