for some cities in northeast out of cleveland do and in cleveland they have to take a rta bus. When i was young, there's a bus front of my house. Which is nice!! Mostly around where i live i always see the school bus. So my answer is out of cleveland, ohio yes.

It depends on the school system where you live. If a bus is provided, it should be there in the morning on the first day and every day after.

usually not, at my school I have to get there on my own then fill out the normal bus route forms so they know..
