go to the top of your webpage where there's ..file..edit..view..favorites...tools..Help.....
click on tools
then click on internet options
under general you will see Home Page...put in the address block
the website address that you want to show up everytime you connect to the internet
you can highlight the webpage (that you want to insert in the address bar) right click it the copy the webpage .
then go into the internet tools , and right click the address bar where you want to insert the web address and then click paste.
Its easier than it sounds trust me.

just bring up the page you want and go Tools>>internet options and select use current>>apply>>ok
