First you need to call labor and delivery. Is she having back pain or pain in her groin or pelvis. or is she have any contractions...even if they do not hurt she could be in labor..

it is not safe I have had a 34 week baby a 33 week baby and a 32 week baby..When they are born early like that it is very hard My kids first 2 years of life was very hard they were really ill..

CALL THE HOSPITAL

I wouldnt worry about it. I had blood all through my pregnancy because I had little and big cyst poping all the time.
I would tell her to call the nurses line or the doctor and just notify them of this. They will ask a few question and assest it.
Chance are its nothing. If she doesnt have to go in to see the doctor then just tell her to remind them of it at her next appointment so that they can chart it.

Good luck. And congrats!!!

Call your doctor right now. This happened to me at the same time (34 weeks). It was an undiagonosed placenta previa. The baby & I were fine (he's 6 now!) but I was on bedrest the rest of my pregnancy and delivered early. Not to scare you, but better to be safe than sorry.

Some females do spot during pregnancy, so it's normal. However, you should still tell the doctor about this. Your wife is very close to her due date, so anything that happens to her during the pregnancy, should be brought up during her doctor visits.

Surely a question which answer should come ONLY from a doctor, not a bunch of know-it-alls... No offense to anyone who answered, but this is the truth. Honestly I would not get bent out of shape about it though, until you talk to a doctor. It's probably nothing...

I really think that you should ask her does she need to go to a hospital and if she says no then take her anyway.

That's the best advice I can give you.

If it's good then THANK YOU!
If it's bad then SORRY!!!!

Its probably bloody "show" its something you watch for when labor is approaching. It isnt something to worry about as far as I have read and been told but if its that she lost her mucous plug I think that labor is near.
