Gap, Lands End, it's not where you shop but how you put your clothes together -- look in some fashion magazines like Teen or Seventeen and stay away from trying to look 25.
It's better to get a lot of clothes that coordinate than spending too much money on a few items or outfits you'll tire of quickly or out-grow.
Another idea is to ask for some outfit tips on here too!!

I LOVE aeropostale.. its not too expensive.. and its not to cheap.. its perfect for me.. you can get shirts there for like 10 12 13 14 15 dollars.. and higher.. but they have half off slaes a lot.. so its pretty. good. hope it helps =]
