At a 10 mph steady pace, I run 7.5 miles in 45 minutes. But that's just me :)

incomplete question. we need to know what the stride length is or how fast you run but the average person can walk about 3 miles in and hour or 2.25 in 45 minutes. based on that if you average and putting out at a average i would say about 6 miles in an hour or 4.5 in 45 minute. but that is a good pace and being tired at the end. real tired

I personally do not run any miles in 45 minutes.

Depends on the slope of the terraine, your energy level prior to making the run, as well as many other factors such as elevation, humidity, wind resistance, weather, etc...based on these factors, I think it's safe to say I have no fuggin' clue!
